A survey of the Lodge minutes dating from May, 1882 to date was completed late in 2009 by the Asst. Secretary, W Bro Sitiveni Yaqona. The work involved a detailed analysis of the state and condition of the old documents and a report sent in electronic form to the Grand Lodge of England.
The work took about three months to complete and included a tabulation of all written records of and about the Lodge.
A move is now being considered for the oldest of the documents to be handed over to the National Archives subject to conditions which are beneficial to the Lodge, the Archives and researchers into the activities of the craft generally and the Lodge specifically in Fiji.
